As the Management Company that manages your Condominium Community, we want to assure you that Shawn L. Harrison Enterprises, Inc., takes the health and well-being of our owners and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We understand the uncertainty you may be experiencing at this time. As always, we're committed to being responsive to your needs.

With 24/7 access to Account Center, you have a safe, secure and convenient way to:
• Make payments
* All move-in registration & parking passes application and supporting docs will need to be emailed and faxed and fees paid in order for us to mail out parking passes.
• Send and receive secure messages
• View your balance, transactions and statements -username and password is needed --username is your email address

Please be aware that for the safety of our office employees, walk-in access to our corporate office is being temporarily suspended. Rest assured we are still working and can be contacted via phone or email. We look forward to working with all of you during these difficult times.
